For reducing stress, increasing stamina and strength there is one thing that you can do at your home and that is yoga. Yoga is a Sanskrit word. Yoga means “union”. It is now practised in many countries of the world. Many people are benefited by the yoga. At first yoga was practised only in India. About 5000 years ago people of India started this excellent practise which helps the development of mind, body and spirit. Practitioners of yoga say that it can give all types discipline needed for flexibility, physical and mental benefits. The relaxation yoga can give the peace of mind. And make the practitioner calm and tranquil.
The base of yoga is dependent on two things “pranayama” which means deep rhythmic breathing and “asanas” or physical postures.
Pranayama actually helps to make the breathing system calm which in turns helps to relax our body and mind. It is very helpful in the treatment of asthma. By this deep slow breathing we can get ample amount of oxygen in our bloods as well as muscles. According to yoga practitioners pranayama can make our core stronger.

DON'T DIET, JUST EAT MORE.

Eat these fruits and foods. These will help you because these are full of fibres and will keep your stomach full. Reduce the consumption of carbs and take this fruits.  To make your skin look healthy and smooth in summer, try to have these foods. These are foods which can be proved very useful in summer. These foods  sometimes useful in losing weight in summer.  

Eat AVOCADOS; these are full of vitamin E. It keeps the skin moist give you a lot of fibres.

Eat a lot of greens. These are great sources of calcium and potassium. Spring greens can be taken in summer for calcium and other minerals.


To get enough magnesium eat a lot of nuts.


For getting smooth skin and good cardiovascular system eat a lot of oily fish. These fishes will provide you with Omega 3 essential fatty acids.


Take onions because these are good for health in summer. Onions helps detoxify our body. Onion is a great vegetable to be eaten in summer.

CHIPS – You should avoid it because of the same reasons mentioned in the ‘Sausages’.


WHITE BREAD – avoid white bread because it has unnecessary carbs and very little fibre.


BUNS – It is full of sugar. Avoid it.


CHEESE – Chess can give you calcium. But over consumption of cheese can lead us to attain unwanted fats.

BE A VEGETARIAN

It is best when you are 100% vegetarian in summer. Fishes, poultry meats all should be avoided. You will certainly live a longer life if you take the vegetables only! Vegetarianism helps to lower the heart rat. Hypertension, blood pressures, bad cholesterol can be kept in control by eating vegetables. Try to become a vegetarian. It will encourage you to restrict your calories. Becoming slim is associated with vegetables.

To prevent cavities, children and adults recommended to brush the teeth 2 times a day. But now scientists have discovered a new way to prevent cavities, it is estimated this way are able to maintain healthy teeth for life.

Was Jose Cordoba from Yale University and Erich Astudillo from Universidad de Santiago, Chile which claimed to have discovered the chemical molecule called 'Keep 32'. Molecule which named for the number of human teeth were claimed to be able to get rid of all the bacteria that cause cavities in just 60 seconds.

Cordoba and Astudillo itself has been doing research since 2005 to find a molecule and successfully get a provisional patent for the molecule.

Now both were submit proposals to use the molecule tooth hygiene products after doing experiments on humans during 14-18 months. Both believe this product can make a profit 300 million U.S. dollars in the first five years only.

"These molecules not only be inserted into the gum, but also in products such as toothpaste, mouthwash, dental floss, chewing, night gel which be kept in the mouth for at least 60 seconds," said Astudillo which also CEO Top Tech Innovations, a company that holds Keep 32 patents molecules as reported from CBSNews.

Astudillo hopes to offer his inventionto companies that make tooth hygiene products such as Colgate, Proctor or Gamble, as well as candy manufacturers such as Hershey or Cadbury.

Although some say that this molecule remains to be proven in order to be used in a variety of methods without giving a specific health consequences as well as the fluoride, the researchers remain optimistic. Cordoba and Astudillo themselves was preparing to negotiate their invention with the the five leading companies.
