Many hours sitting at your desk is not a healthy routine, because the physical activity is very limited. Fortunately there are many easy ways you can do to deal with the threat of diseases caused by working too long at your desk.

Here are some ways to avoid illness when you have to work long hours at the office:

1. Drinking Enough Water

Water is not only important to prevent dehydration, but also can shed toxins through the kidneys. For those who are fasting, drinking enough water at the dawn of time it will be very beneficial.

2. Walk As Much As Possible

The number of tasks to be completed should not be a reason to linger sat at the computer. The human body is only designed to be quiet in one position for 20 minutes, then had to stand and walk if you do not want to suffer back pain and muscle.

3. Choose The Most Comfortable Chair

The ideal seating position that makes the eye parallel to the screen, while the legs are slightly lower than your hips so your back does not hunched. Choosing the right chair is not only to avoid sore muscles, but also can improve concentration and productivity.

4. If You Tired Of Sitting, Just Standing

Please do not hesitate to immediately stand up when it starts to feel bored sitting, because sitting over time can increase blood pressure and blood sugar levels. But do not keep up too, because it may cause varicose veins and swelling due to fluid that accumulates in the legs.

5. Clean The Mouse And Keyboard Regularly

Research shows, mouse and keyboard sometimes much dirtier than a toilet seat. If you does not want to be sick by inhaling the germs that stick in there, you should clean the items most frequently touched regularly.

6. It Should Be Neat, But Do Not Overdo It

Neat desks are more comfortable, but obsessed with neatness can actually stressful because you will definitely want to fix it. Occasionally let a bit messy, because according to research that a bit messy desk makes the brain more creative.
