It will be great if we are able to hold our fitness throughout the life. Fitness is attained by some simple rules and regulations. 24 hour fitness is the root of keeping yourself fit for a long time. And thus you can keep yourself young and attractive at an old age. At first try to keep yourself fit for 24 hours. If it is possible then you will be able to have life fitness.
In this article of 24 hours fitness you will come to know about some easy and attractive ways to make ourselves fit both mentally and physically. Body, mind and soul are related to each other. 1. Try to wake up early in the morning. Try to spend some time with the nature. The morning is the most sacred time in the whole day. The morning air and birds chirping will heal your worries and anxieties.
2. Have a morning walk. Morning walk helps to reduce weight, makes your cardiovascular functions proper and keeps your legs strong. It helps to make your knee strong to take the body weight.
3. Take your breakfast within 8 to 9 o’clock. Before you have breakfast, try to drink some fresh water. It will keep yourself free from stomach aches and make your stomach strong against any kind of diarrhea. Have skimmed milk and one or two eggs (according to your weight). Try to have some fruits in the breakfast.
4. Drink a lot of water in the daytime. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to keep your waste disposal smooth.
5. Eat a lot of green vegetables and fruits in the day. It will improve your health condition greatly.
6. Try to spend sometimes with your dearest ones. Try to love with your heart’s full capacity.
7. Spend some times in the midst of flowers. It is proved that flowers and trees can heal your anxiety.
8. Try to smile, and if possible try to laugh a lot.
9. Talk with little kids. The cute little angels can make you feel great and also keep you fit mentally.
10. Tell yourself that "I am very well and healthy." Do this for at least ten times in a day.
11. Do some free hand exercises and try to increase your exercising capacity day by day.
12. Do your works with full concentration and ease.

Those who are busy in office works should be aware of physical exercise. Only seating and eating can make you seriously ill. It can cause high B.P and other cardiovascular diseases. So office workers should be conscious about health and follow the rules of good health. Try to attain life fitness.
